Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made to SparkSales are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Setup fees

  • Monthly subscription fees

  • Custom project fees

  • Add-ons or one-off service fees

Because SparkSales allocates resources, tools, staff, and outreach preparations immediately upon payment, refunds cannot be accommodated.

2. Service Activation

Services begin only after full payment is received.
If the Client delays onboarding or fails to provide required materials, this does NOT qualify for refunds.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Subscription Cancellations

Clients may cancel future renewals at any time by submitting written notice before the next billing cycle.

3.2 Mid-Cycle Cancellations

If you cancel mid-cycle:

  • The current cycle continues until its natural end

  • No partial or prorated refund will be provided

4. Performance-Based Refunds

SparkSales does not offer refunds based on:

  • Lead quality perceptions

  • Number of responses

  • Number of appointments

  • Appointment outcomes

  • Sales closed or revenue generated

Sales performance is not guaranteed.

5. Project Pauses

Plans cannot be “paused” unless agreed in writing.
Pausing does not entitle the Client to additional time or refunds.

6. Termination by SparkSales

If SparkSales terminates a service due to:

  • Policy violations

  • Fraud

  • Unethical or illegal client activity

  • Non-payment

  • Abuse of the service

No refunds will be provided.

7. Exceptions (If Any)

If SparkSales offers any refundable plans or guarantees (e.g., specific promotions), they will be clearly stated in writing. Otherwise, no exceptions apply.
